There’s a new place to get your hit on Victoria St and it’s not your usual fix. Coffee Traders are the first opening in our newly established Food Containers (located on the corner of Victoria St and Salisbury St.)
Owner/operator Vanessa Clements has an extensive background in the hospitality industry spanning over twelve years and has always been passionate about all things coffee. Offering a revolutionary blend of Columbian, Mexican and Ethiopian beans supplied by local Underground Coffee Company, all coffee from Coffee Traders is fair trade, ethically sourced and organic. Homemade chai, detox tea and plenty of raw, gluten free and vegan food fill the cabinet each day and already the first of the food containers is proving to be a popular spot with Victoria St locals.
The development of such places in Christchurch offers a great opportunity for operators to establish themselves in affordable spaces and we’re excited to reveal more containers opening over the coming weeks.
Coffee Traders are open weekdays from 6.30am – 4pm.
