“This is our seventh project on Victoria Street, we continue to invest here because it has become such a desirable location and there is a lot of demand for more space here,” said Diver.
Christchurch accountancy firm, Nexia, have taken the top floor and there has been strong interest for the remaining three levels of office space.
A sun-drenched boulevard on the north side of the ground floor is a mixture of cafes, bars and eateries including the Champagne and oyster bar, Louis, and baozi bar, Sister Kong.
