The great location within the northern central city brought us closer to our hospital branches.
A generous floor size allowed us to create open plan working environments with plenty of options which is the style our new CEO wanted to achieve.
Being a brand new building meant the earthquake code was excellent and also gave us a clean slate to work with.
On site parking and the many spaces around us was a key advantage for staff and clients.
The great businesses, eateries and parks nearby are an added bonus.
Had you considered other sites?
Yes, we looked at space on Papanui Road, Bealey Avenue and Tuam Street.
Is there a reason you went into Victoria Street and not further into the CBD?
The other spaces didn’t have all the advantages and bonuses mentioned earlier.
How have you found working with Countrywide Property?
Great – Richard was clearly motivated to help us in for the long haul and was flexible regarding the lease. Adele has been excellent and dealt with any issues.

We have changed our working environment and style to open plan and multiple departments now mingle together.
